Refund & Exchange Policy:


Due to the nature of our products, we operate a no refund policy. If anything is unclear or you have questions please contact us.


If you change your mind on a purchase before the order has been shipped out; please contact us immediately so we can cancel, refund, or void your order and/or payment.

We operate on a no refund policy for customised order, or bleached knots that goes bald, because we assume the customer knows that overtime bleached knots goes bald, and it is not in our power to fix that


You however qualify for a refund if the following are adhered to:


• You contact us for refund within 7 days after you receive your order, due to a faulty item.•

We receive your order within 7 days after you told us you want a refund.


• In the case of sealed products, seals remain unbroken.
• In the case of lace products (frontals, closures and lace wigs), lace is uncut.
• In the case of hair bundles, you have not untied or cut the fastenings at the top of the bundle.
• You have not removed any tags from any products.
• You have not or otherwise altered the appearance of, or diminished the quality of, the wigs/hair ; e.g bleaching it, colouring it, brushing it, wetting it, cutting it, exposing it to odours or applying heat or hair products to it.•

• You must return the products to us, at your cost, in their original packaging, within the stipulated time after telling us you want to cancel.
• Returns received after 7 days from the date you told us you wish to cancel will not be accepted.
• A 6% transaction fees will be deducted from all refunds to cover debit and credit card transaction fees. Unfortuntately we are unable to refund this as transaction fees are automatically charged.

Exchanges


Any order to be exchanged has to be returned in accordance with our return policy, and once it is confirmed that it qualifies for an exchange, the exchange will be made and dispatched.
Please note, 10th Avenue Beauty Affairs Ltd will not be liable for the shipping fee for the exchange and refund.
